Nuraly Saduakassov was appointed Akim (Governor) of Kostanai oblast, Tengrinews.kz reports. Today, щт January 20, head of the President’s Administration Aslan Mussin introduced Saduakassov to the regional authorities. Before this position Nuraly Saduakassov worked as deputy of Akim Sergey Kulagin.
Nuraly Saduakassov was born in 1964 in Kostanai oblast. He graduated from Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy in 1986. In different years he worked as the agronomist, chief agronomist of Chernyshevskiy farm of Kostanai oblast, first secretary of the regional commission. In 1995-1997 he worked as head of Kostanai oblast Akim’s administration, then was appointed deputy Akim. In 1998-2000 he was Akim of Auliekol region of Kostanai oblast, in 2000-2004 he worked as Akim of Kostanai region of Kostanai oblast. In 2004 he was appointed Kostanai Akim (Mayor). In two years he became deputy Akim of Kostanai oblast.
